Hello I like to know is this credit union still in business the phone lines never work and it seems like something just not right when you call it seems as though there’s no one with no answer like before you could get advice our guidance on your account I like to no if there’s any one with and answer for me

It’s nearly impossible to reach anyone and nothing is simple. With all the advanced technology they should be further along. How can I trust this credit union with my money if they’re not available to answer questions or offer help?

I use TEFCU for saving money and gift card purchases I’m able to transfer money from my primary account to my TEFCU account and from my TEFCU account to my primary account with no problems I love the fact that I can use the Mobil App to do any transaction I need whether it’s transferring money to another members account or checking my balancers or applying for a loan. Thank You TEFCU keep up the good work 👏🏿👍🏾
