If you love a more traditional yoga led by expert teachers, you need this app! All classes are so well curated, and allow variations for different bodies.

I had the fortune to practice at Tejas for a number years when I lived with in Chicago. It’s so great to be able to practice with Jim and James again from afar. 

They offer a great balance of strengthening asana, mobility, pranayama and meditation.

I love this app and how easy it is to take a class any time of the day. The variety of classes are my favorite part, and how they range in time so I can take a short class if I have to get to work soon or a long class if I have more time in the day. Jim and James are amazing teachers and have very well thought out classes. Overall I very much enjoy this app.

I am a long time student of this studio in Chicago, and was following online during the pandemic. I love their variety of offerings online, I try to mix and match between longer and shorter classes, they are all good!

Jim and James are excellent yoga teachers. Their enthusiastic compassion is front and center during class. What I love about the on-demand app is that I can practice whenever I want. There are hundreds of videos to choose from. A vigorous class in the morning? Great! A gentle class in the evening? On it! Treat yourself to a home practice with two of the most respected yoga teachers in Chicago. You won’t regret it.

Tejas Yoga has been my yoga home for many years. I was so happy when they easily transitioned into virtual classes at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. I was ecstatic when they launched their app, especially with my erratic pandemic schedule where I can still perform community care and research while taking care of myself. Great work, y’all!
