The calls on the apps are accurate enough to trust but only one updation needed. The Call Notification should be there from the app and timely. The Buy Sell Notification reaches a little late. However, after a month of use, I noticed a significant issue: instead of receiving emails regarding stock purchases, I was only sent notifications for selling, completely bypassing crucial buy recommendations. On top of that, customer support has been extremely unresponsive, failing to address concerns or provide proper assistance. The lack of professionalism and accountability is disappointing. I strongly advise against subscribing to this service—it's unreliable and not worth the investment. None of them is resolving my concern my money is at stake but no one is bothered about this. Such a poor service. ### 1/5 — I would not recommend this application for anyone *2024-12-16, version 4.7.10* Hello everyone, I would like to share my experience here, so I bought flagship subscription which not good or not bad but I would suggest free smallcase are provided you better returns than this. then I purchased Express Stock and my experience with this subscription is very bad because this application never trigger any notification and we will get email notification and if you going to but that already crossed entry price and when exit notification trigger so stock will be came down till you get notification. so think and purchase subscription. I called them to I want cancel my subscription but they told we can’t cancel and refund anything one you buy the subscription. so No cancellation policy here. ### 1/5 — Faltu application *2024-11-25, version 4.7.10* 1. Doesn’t refresh the list of calls. I get an email, then I’ll have to kill the app multiple times to view the updated list of calls 2. Doesn’t show the LTP. You basically need another screen while using the app to make sense of the information 3. Doesn’t mention the approximate timeline for the target when they give you the call. 4. Doesn’t keep track of the trades executed with the broker. It would’ve have been much better if they simply used whatsapp or telegram to send the calls instead of wasting money on app. ### 1/5 — Misleading people. Felt cheated *2024-10-04, version 4.7.7* Once you pay Rs 1100 you register, you will again need to pay subscription fee to opt for various stock combinations like TejiMandi edge. Smallcase got many free to use basket of stocks. No upfront fee as well. Even the TejiMandi flagship portfolio can be seen by giving your PAN details. I don’t want to invest. Just want to see the stocks in flagship portfolio, why should I give my PAN details ? Waste of money. After enrolling to TM I created another portfolio with zero knowledge. There are many times, we are mandated to not buy some particular stock. However, the same is in your list. Because of one Negetive stock I can’t invest and my subscription is totally wasted. Need to follow up for 2 days to get it update . No update is being received on WhatsApp and you cannot update the WhatsApp no, it always shows otp sent, but nothing is happening. Following up from last 8 days but nothing is happening. I believe my subscription money of Rs 1198 has gone into drain. ### 1/5 — Ok app. *2023-01-17* They prompt for the subscription but none of my US card could make payment even though they are international cards.
