There is no way to retrieve a username on this system. There is a way to recover your password but without a user name, that is impossible. I don’t see you support number to call so now I wait the whole weekend until my community’s administrator can assist with this. ### 1/5 — Goofy *2021-03-15* Terrible !!! ### 1/5 — Login *2020-02-16* Quit making me log in again after every app update. That’s BS and does nothing to increase security. V ### 1/5 — Buggy *2019-09-18* This app is extremely buggy. Sometimes sends notifications, sometimes doesn’t. Usually when I get an sms notification it comes through twice (annoying). App does not obey notification settings eg. I have email notifications off but I still get them. When my husband deletes visitors on his phone the show back up until I also delete them on my phone the whole thing is just clunky and full of buggy code. Any security agency should be embarrassed by this mess and I plan on bringing this up at our next HOA meeting. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work, lousy support *2019-02-20* Zero stars. Despite repeated requests over several weeks to fix serious errors, (such as inability to add a visitor, the very reason for developing the app), nothing has happened. Just the occasional email to say they’ve elevated the status of the request. ### 1/5 — Man, this is bad... *2018-12-31* My neighborhood just switched to this app and man is it bad. So much wasted space. No touch log in. Cards displayed "Last Name, First Name" but sorted by "First Name". No search. Cards display an empty space followed by a comma if no name entered (like for a company). This application was obviously outsourced and was probably written in a couple of days (if that). This app could be so much better. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t seem to work correctly *2018-08-05* Every time I add a visitor from app never makes it to the guards system. Receive calls visitors turned away. I can see visitor list but visitor never shows up on website. App only refreshes if you logout and log back in. We had Gate Sentry and it was very easy to use. This is horrible and costly ### 1/5 — Update terrible *2025-12-19* New update made a semi functional product even worse. You can’t renew a previous guest and the new import from contacts list feature does not port phone numbers over correctly (country code affects digit input). QC of the update and app functionality is garbage. ### 1/5 — Missing basic delete function *2025-11-23* Most importantly you can’t delete any visitor entries! None - permanent, temporary, or expired. Perhaps there’s a reason, but it seems like a huge oversight. It was working fine. Now simple tasks as simple as adding a temporary visitor takes 10 times longer, and then visitor doesn’t even show up on the list. Poor decision to update! ### 1/5 — Unable to update *2025-11-20* Poorly made app - I have completely deleted the app 4 times and reinstalled in order to try and get the new update with absolutely no luck. I even reset my password to see if I could get it to work. ### 1/5 — Update locks me out *2025-11-20* The update made it totally in-accessible, cannot log in, no option to change password, deleted to re-install and can’t even download… what a piece of junk! Certainly it is to whoever designed it but obviously they are not a real life user. They really didn’t think out the flow, functionality and terminology. See what they were trying to accomplish but failed in execution ### 1/5 — Unusable *2024-08-13* There is no way to register your username or create a password. ## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Works well! *2021-09-17* No problems so far… easy to use! ### 3/5 — Usability enhancement request *2023-11-27* When copying/pasting a phone number from contacts (IOS), the country code e.g. +1 for US is pasted into the app which hoses up the parsing of the phone#. User must paste the number somewhere else and copy the number without the country code, then cleanly paste it into the app phone field. Recommend stripping the country code out or take only the right-most 10 digits. ### 2/5 — Bad interface *2025-05-27* Just a poorly made app. I can’t understand why it doesn’t automatically populate the dates with the date range selected. It also has issues with copy and pasting visitor phone numbers. If there is not a very specific format of the phone number, it will not accept it. This may be the worst app that I have ever used. ### 2/5 — So much room for improvement *2018-10-14* I never receive notifications from the app when a visitor arrives even though it is set to notify.
