This is by far the most unprofessional apps and customer service i have ever seen. Wanted to order at 4 pm the @malakaltawouk promo only to see the app doesn’t have the item scheduled to be sold. Waited a few minutes and the app crashes none stop till 4:15pm. Waited 5 mins only to see that tekram deleted their post and stories about their campaign (then reposted it recently ) all in all i ordered 4:20 pm and my order still isn’t confirmed. At 4:50 i tried contacting customer service, in which they dont reply at all and still tried till 5:30 pm (keeping in mind they didnt even bother accepting my order) called the call center which they very rudely said that if i dont like it i could delete my order, very lovely choice of words from Hady the call center manager) its 6:05 and i still dont have my order first and last time i order from this app. @malakaltawouk i am amazed you would actually partner with such an unprofessional service while you have been on top of the food chain in Lebanon for as long as i can remember ### 1/5 — Fake Offers *2025-01-21, version 2.4.5* Don’t fall for this app’s marketing. They promise discounts but cancel them at the last step, and their support provides false information about restaurant operations. When we contacted the place ourselves, we found out the app was misrepresenting the truth. The app is not user-friendly, speaking from a developer's point of view. Most of the restaurants are not available to Daher El Ein, even though they are closer to daher el ein from El Mina, where they are available. I asked support about this, and they told me to try changing the PIN. But I received no response after saying 'I tried.' but what a response! Change the pin and put it wrong what about the delivery?! 😅I didn’t expect this kind of support from a well-known app. Plus, the biggest issue is that my house is only 1-2 minutes from Malak El Atawouk, and the sandwiches arrived very cold. I told the driver, but he said no. I checked, and they are definitely cold! This is not what I expected from my first experience.
