My father in law says it works for him in the USA but I’be deleted the app after three weeks because the call quality is just horrible after the first 30 seconds. I would not recommend this service. Is Apple paying any attention to the reviews of all these frustrated robbed customers? THROW TEL3 OUT OF THE APP STORE - DON'T BE AN ENABLER TO THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY. ### 1/5 — Laggy, time limit to use credit *2021-04-23, version 1.1.6* At the time, it was one of the cheapest way to make long distance calls. You could buy credit and it would never expire. They changed that rule and you had to make at least one call per year or lose any credits you have. Would have used it but it was so laggy it was unusable. I told them several times about the lag but was always told the system is working fine. Ended up losing over 10.00+ in credit. Lag was so bad, conversations became unbearable. I do not recommend this app. You can tell this app is left to wither and die, at the time of this review: Apr 23, 2021 the app has not seen an update in 4 years.
