The service may be fine (time will tell), but the app itself is buggy, difficult to type in on a mobile key board (screen shifts so you can’t see what you’re writing), and generally hard to navigate.

Telacare has been a Godsend during COVID. The ability to get advised medically and have access to counselors and other programs has been awesome during these times.

Super easy to use. Walks you through all the steps easily and only takes 5-10 min to do. Everyone is always super nice. Love that I don’t have to put in the same info every time I need something. It’s already all there.
