### 5/5 — Teledoc

*2026-08-15, version 5.32*

Teledoc health is so easy to use and is so convenient. Instead of having to go to the urgent care or Dr you literally get to stay at home and get the care you need!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Would give it zero stars if possible.

*2026-08-24, version 5.32*

I can never get this app to open first thing in the morning. All I get is a blank screen.

### 1/5 — My meeting froze and there was no help

*2026-08-23, version 5.32*

I was in a session and it froze, but then went blank, and the only option was to leave and so now we have to start the whole thing all over again

### 1/5 — Poor support, impersonal engagement, more filler to waste time drive up “downloads” and “users”

*2026-08-23, version 5.32*

I somehow have more interest in this app than the medical providers, representatives, including Livango, active health or any subsidiary that force its use to have medication a local In person doctor that sees a person regularly rather than 1 time a year and up to you to “engage” and if it does not work…. Spend hours finding who in the 4 layer chain is the problem.

I had 2 emails from the App team about my last poor review before an automated message that someone with support would reach out soon and carried. 5 days latter and multiple emails to my primary insurance, the other email addresses tied to Teledoc support, Livango, my pharmacy manager before I got response.

It was too late, and I was already late to get my Rx. The 1st offer of support rather than looking into the problem was to ask if I wanted to schedule an appointment to talk about me feelings of missing my frequency, or someone about what effected to expect. I had to call 3 different companies 2 times a day for 3 days to get this resolved and it was “a bug”

3 weeks later after no one reached out, I received an email that “the investigation into my dissatisfaction is complete,” with “ we are hopeful we resolved the issue to your satisfaction”

I replied to that email and have heard nothing.

I again waste more time in this app and the broken processes and many, many calls I have to make to clear up.

This time a manager from my insurance had to moderate a call between my pharmacy and the site to resolve the incorrectly reported status from the app.

A week late for my medication. 2 very reasonable questions were asked and no response still!

So the service is not medically required but it’s $450 of insurance necessary. So if I have to use your device that has a cell card and your app and I have to travel for multiple weeks, what am I to do with this to not loose my Green bubbles of savings that I had for 3 months after selecting my insurance before someone changed their mind and require this.

How do I travel for weeks with your cellular device? Is there a prescription to cover its inspection by TSA and not require a check luggage displacement? 3 weeks and 4 times I have asked and nothing!

How can this possibly be contributing to lowering the cost of Insurance or prescriptions? How can this possibly help someone that has already had the benefit and never needed additional apps or any other interaction than the in person medical provider in my community that can look me in the eye and be honest about things instead of handing me a paper that says something like “ I hope your visit to my office that I looked at paper and said nothing to you until this point was satisfactory”

Do better

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2026-08-20, version 5.32*

An absolutely useless site. You can’t print any data. The app is loaded with errors. Don’t trust your health to these guys. They are not helpful. Their tech help can’t even help.

### 1/5 — Chat response abysmal

*2026-08-18, version 5.32*

Clunky app, often slow to open. Don't know if is the app or the provider but I've sent multiple messages in the chat over the past couple weeks and no one has responded when it claims responses should come in 48 hours.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-08-18, version 5.32*

Worst telehealth there is

### 1/5 — Needs work

*2026-08-17, version 5.32*

The food logging in this application is horrible. You can’t create new foods, and instead of keeping selection as individual items, the app combines then. If you try to use those you get repeated error messages.

### 1/5 — This is hard to use

*2026-08-15, version 5.32*

I’m trying to set my weight goals which has lead me to two different apps and to the website. All are very difficult to navigate and therefore unusable.

### 1/5 — Terrible experience and no customer support.

*2026-08-14, version 5.32*

I would give Teledoc 0 stars if I could. I had an appointment scheduled because I needed medical care and a prescription, but Teledoc was unable to provide me with the services I needed. Despite that, I was still charged $89.

I called customer service for help and spoke with a representative named Trina, but I was told there was nothing they could do about the charge. What really disappointed me was the complete lack of understanding or sympathy for what I was going through.

If you are going to charge someone $89 for an appointment, I believe you should actually provide the service they paid for. Taking someone’s money and then refusing to help resolve the issue is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Very disappointed with my experience. I would not recommend Teledoc based on how this situation was handled.

### 1/5 — Why Does This Exist?

*2026-08-14, version 5.32*

Every single time I go there the doctor tells me I have to go see someone in person. Almost feels like a scam . I am sure they are billing my insurance company for a visit a not once of the 4 times I used it did they help me at all.

### 5/5 — Breathing

*2026-08-22, version 5.32*

I had gone to a client’s home which had mold, animal feces, etc. The next day my lungs were burning and a cough. The doctor told me what I should do and what I should watch. A good doctor!
