Мне абсолютно непонятно, почему мне нужно прикладывать усилия, фотографировать документы что бы иметь возможность просто пополнять кошелек на для покупки билетов на автобус через приложение. Ладно, если вы намеренно создаете банковский счет для каждого пользователя то вы выполняете законы РА, окей, но почему не сделать обычную покупку билетов через приложение без этой головной боли, без кошелька? хотите комиссию за функционал - ну так сделайте, берите 5-10% наценку за билет через ваше приложение для «гостей», но пускай останется возможность купить билет перед поездкой и онлайн. Получается, для иностранцев пользоваться приложением нельзя, тк я не могу пройти идентификацию, привязать армянскую карту для операций! Абсурд! После отмены продажи билетов в автобусах приходится пользоваться терминалами (которые иногда очень трудно найти в некоторых районах и которые постоянно либо не работают, либо не принимают деньги). Еще и был ограничен лимит действия билетов до нескольких дней, что фактически лишало возможности купить билетов впрок и не бегать в поисках рабочего терминала по всему району, когда требовалось воспользоваться транспортом. Ладно, с трудом, но можно было пользоваться при покупке с указанием телефона, билеты с QR появлялись в приложении. Это спасало особенно, когда печать в терминалах отменили. Что теперь: 30.10.2025, покупаю 2 билета через терминал с указанием моего номера и что я получаю, когда вхожу в автобус и пытаюсь оплатить? Правильно: требование идентификации с паспортами и фотографиями! Ну замечательно, великолепно! Теперь я даже не могу воспользоваться оплаченными билетами! И узнаю я об этом по факту уже в транспорте!
