### 1/5 — App doesn’t work

I can’t get the app to work for me. I had staff retry several times with me. I’m told that I’m logged in and it should work but I have never been able to log in on the new app. Says login failed. I have logged in on the website with the user name and password that I set up at enrollment but I can’t do any transactions, just view my accounts. I give up.  Update fail:(

### 2/5 — Remote Deposit Error

I was so excited about the remote check deposit feature and every time I select deposit in the app it says an error occurred and Telco has been notified. I checked with Telco and they don’t know what I’m talking about and said to update my OS. I did that and it still says an error occurred. I am underwhelmed by the app.

The User interface of this app took a serious hit in quality.  Although it has more features than the old version, you have to tap through several menus just to check your account balances compared to the older version where  you were taken right to that information.

Updated: Thanks for the  developer response I added a star for that, I’m aware of the feature you mentioned, but I do not wish to display my balance on the log in screen.

### 5/5 — Was and still as a great app, needs to be updated to work with iOS 26.

This was and still is a great app, I am blind and I do use VoiceOver that is part of the iOS operating system, this app works very well with VoiceOver. It just needs to be updated to work well with iOS 26. Upon munching the app, there are several instances where I have to get out of the app and close it from the app switcher and re-open the app to get the app to work. After a while, I can get into the app and look at what I need to, but this is clearly a case where it needs to be updated to work properly. Do not please and I repeat please do not mess up the accessibility features that you have implemented that make it work well with VoiceOver. It works fine just update how it connects to the web and access his data and I think we'll be fine.

I love how the app mirrors what you see on the computer. This is a very dynamic & easy-to-navigate financial app!
