(“THI”) and its subsidiaries. eUSD and eUSD bank accounts are provided by THI subsidiary Telcoin Digital Asset Bank (“TDAB”), a Digital Asset Depository Institution chartered by the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance. TDAB may work with partner banks for USD bank accounts tied to eUSD. eUSD is issued in compliance with the Nebraska Financial Innovation Act, fully backed by USD deposits with FDIC-insured banks and short-term US treasuries. eUSD and eUSD bank accounts are not FDIC-insured.
