## What is Teldef?

Teldef is management software for rug and upholstery cleaning businesses — the
kind where the item is collected from the customer, cleaned at your facility
over several days, and delivered back.

Orders and washing stages
Build the exact steps your plant uses: intake, measuring, washing, drying,
quality check, ready for delivery. Every rug carries its own stage, so nothing
is misplaced and nobody has to walk the floor asking where an item is.

Pickup and delivery
