I couldn't even make an account for weeks, and half the time I try to open the app there's no information displayed, just a blank screen.

**Developer response:** Hi - I don't like to hear it that way, of course. What exactly are you running into? Could you let me know on Facebook or Twitter? Then I would be happy to check with you what is causing it.

I didn’t think it was possible but this new app is even more user unfriendly then the previous one. Can’t be to difficult to accept 2 or 3 phone lines under 1 account (as that’s family behavior).  The information level from the previous app did not improve hence why bother people with this crappy version?
