It has a lot of issues! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work at all *2024-08-27, version 1.5* Went to read the terms and conditions and there’s no way to go back and continue the registration. Had to close the app and restart. On the second retreat it doesn’t send the 6 digits code after waiting over three minutes. Even tried the resend button but no luck. Requires patience and multiple attempts. Only uses USD no other currency. Not even lets you input ETB to see how much USD you need to send. Absolutely unacceptable we are in 2026! I sent money from overseas, and it showed “successful” in the app – but the recipient never received anything. When they went to the agent, they were told the system had no record of the transfer. I was left helpless, stranded, and robbed. I tried everything to reach support – the app, calling, WhatsApp, Facebook, Direct call and NOTHING. Every time, I got ignored or hit with automated messages. No human help. No solution. When I finally got someone on the phone, the agent was beyond rude careless, dismissive, and straight-up disrespectful. He didn’t even pretend to help. He told me “the money is gone” with no explanation, no refund, no accountability. Imagine being told your hard earned money just disappeared and they don’t care. He spoke over me, had a disgusting attitude, and basically told me it’s my problem now. I’ve never felt more disrespected or scammed in my life. They took my money, provided zero support, and left me and the recipient with nothing. And to make it worse, the recipient has a strict call limit per day if they don’t reach someone during that tiny window, your money is just lost. This isn’t bad service it’s theft. Do not trust this app with your money. It’s a trap. I repeat: this is a scam. ### 1/5 — “Scam Alert – Money Never Delivered, No Help from Customer Service!” *2024-10-28, version 1.6* I tried sending $200 to a friend. They charged me but my friend never received the money. I’ve been trying to reach customer service, but they keep saying they’re investigating, and it’s been over two months with no resolution.
