Complete disgrace. - The best part is that they charge SERVICE FEES - How can they change service fees when what they do is actually is not service?! - It's janky and slow - Even after logging in it didn't save that I have access to AmEx preferred seating - I have to re-enter my AXP card number with every. single. search. - The worst is that it only gives me the same seat options for every show - Orch left or right or center orch by the aisle on the side. After selecting tickets my next option it to “add payment method”. Hit the button and nothing happens!
