What does TeleClinic offer me?

• Online doctor appointments. Simply from home. Also in the evenings and on weekends.

In the TeleClinic app, you can conveniently speak with (specialist) doctors from all over Germany via video from the comfort of your home.

• Electronic prescriptions (e-prescription)

Request your e-prescription in just a few clicks via TeleClinic. You'll receive your e-prescription directly in the app at the doctor's discretion. You can have your medication delivered to your home or pick it up at a local pharmacy.

• Sick notes (digital certificate)

For many illnesses, it's advisable to stay in bed and rest at home. That's why you can request a digital sick note during your online doctor appointment via video and receive it directly in the app at the doctor's discretion.

• For all german health insurance providers

The cost of your online doctor visit is covered by your german statutory health insurance. If you have private insurance, you can submit the invoice as usual.

Ich fand es wirklich richtig gut! 😊 Man konnte schon einen Tag vorher ganz unkompliziert über die App seine Daten eingeben, einen Terminwunsch angeben und ein paar Fotos hochladen. Dann gab es noch ein kurzes Arztgespräch mit einer wirklich sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Ärztin, die auch total verständnisvoll war.

Gerade nach der Arbeit war das für mich super praktisch. Kein extra Weg, keine Fahrtzeit und vor allem kein Warten im Wartezimmer. Alles bequem von zu Hause aus und trotzdem hatte ich das Gefühl, gut betreut zu werden.

Und dass die Abrechnung sogar über die Krankenkasse läuft, ist natürlich noch das i-Tüpfelchen. Für mich wirklich eine tolle und unkomplizierte Lösung. 👍😊

Booked an appointment for English, the doctor that takes it ends up repeatedly shouting “I am not a native English speaker”. Okay, so I speak slowly and use what German I know.

The session lasts 3 minutes—documented by the app. The “doctor” repeatedly yelling over me as I try to state the reason for my visit, “I am not a native English speaker. Go to your Hausarzt!” Then he writes up a false diagnosis and charges the insurance.

His diagnosis is one that is impossible to have concluded because we didn’t talk about anything related to medicine or health—he didn’t even listen to reason for my visit. Nonetheless, the app seemingly forces them to write something up.

Would have been nice to finally have access to an English speaking doctor. Now I just have a false diagnosis reported to my insurance.

Oh, and the brilliant advice to “go see my Hausarzt!”

### 5/5 — Nicht mal der Arzt hatte Zeit

Wollte mir Mounjaro verschreiben lassen. Habe alle Unterlagen ausgefüllt, die App installiert, wieder alles ausgefüllt. Dann ließ mich das System nicht einloggen. Hilfe gab es nur von einer KI, deren Tipps nicht weiterhalfen. Die Arztgebühr in Höhe von 38,50 Euro wurde eingezogen. Zeitgleich mit dem Anruf des Arztes kam eine Mail mit dem Hinweis dass der Ortstermin jetzt stattfinden würde. Der Arzt war kaum zu verstehen. Ich wurde nur gefragt welche Dosierung ich haben wollte und schon war das Gespräch beendet. Es hat exakt 73 Sekunden gedauert. Den Stundenlohn würde ich auch gerne haben. Kein Videocall, keine gute Verständlichkeit und was noch schlimmer ist: ein Rezept habe ich auch nicht bekommen. Also ich kann die App und das System dahinter nicht empfehlen.

Deutschland und Digitalisierung schließen sich an vielen Stellen aus. TeleClinic ist hier ein tolles, positives Gegenbeispiel! Ich bin absolut zufrieden mit der App. Ich habe jetzt schon mehrfach eine ärztliche Behandlung und Diagnostik über TeleClinic gehabt. Da mittlerweile sowohl Rezepte als auch Arbeitsunfähigkeitsbescheinigungen digital übermittelt werden, macht es das Leben echt einfacher. Letztens war ich im Urlaub, brauchte Samstagmorgen schnell einen Termin wegen eines Antibiotikums. Ich habe innerhalb von 1 Minute einen Arzt gehabt. Dass E Rezept war gleich verfügbar und ich bin ein paar Minuten später zur Apotheke im Urlaubsort gegangen. Das hat mir unglaublich viel Arbeit und viele Stunden Stress während einer Erkrankung erspart.

Ich bin froh das es so eine App gibt. Es ist eine absolute WinWin Situation für jeden. Man selber muss nicht ewig auf einen Termin warten und die Wartezimmer in den Hausarztpraxen bleiben so deutlich entlastet. Es sollten definitiv mehr Leute von dieser App erfahren. Habe mir sehr unkompliziert L-Thyrox verschreiben lassen. Termin gemacht, kurz mit Arzt gesprochen und innerhalb von Minuten hatte ich das Rezept auf meiner KK Karte. Einfacher gehts garnicht mehr. Bin begeistert. Auch das man Termine vorab machen kann. Früher musste ich aufwendig einen Termin machen, mir frei nehmen auf der Arbeit, zum Arzt gurken, Stunden in der Arztpraxis warten nur um ein sch. Rezept abzuholen. Endlich mal wurde etwas in Deutschland erfolgreich digitalisiert. Abgesehen von der Idee ist das Design sehr schön und die Bedienung super einfach. Die App läuft flüssig und Fehlerfrei. Ein Hoch auf die Entwickler!

I had a consultation to get an e-receipt for a medicine. However, I couldn’t find it after the consumption was over. What a shame. I have wrote back to support. Hopefully, the e-receipt is sent to me.

Ich muss sagen, ich bin total beeindruckt von dieser App und der Möglichkeit auch an einem Wochenende oder an einem Feiertag die Möglichkeit zu haben mit einem richtigen Arzt zu sprechen über Video. Der Arzt war sehr zuvorkommend höflich und sehr nett das kann ich von meinem aktuellen Hausarzt leider nicht behaupten. Sehr kompetent und freundlich. Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt beim Gespräch und ich wollte noch mal meinen Dank aussprechen an alle die an dieser Entwicklung von dieser App gearbeitet haben und würde gerne die App jedenfalls empfehlen, der in einer selben Situation ist wie ich an einem Samstag und nicht die Möglichkeit hat zum Arzt zu gehen. Wenn es ginge, würde ich sieben von fünf Sternen geben.💛
