When scheduling shows a time (6:00pm) but receive another in the email (7:00pm). Inconsistency I waited over three (3) hours over all, the 1st the doctor never connected at the time scheduled in the app nor an hour later as stated in the email. Tried again no luck. Maybe she is a “ghost” doctor profile to make patients waste their time or maybe she died while online. Either way needs to be fixed. When I finally got to see a doctor 3 hours later she refused to give me a sick sheet because I called “too late”. Their policy states different. The doctors on these app offer only very limited services and at their biased discretion. I work on a 24hr operation. What does seeing a doctor at 9pm has anything to do with her seeing me and refusing to give me a sick sheet because it’s “too late”. She is working at that time. Telehealth can be a lot of things and I understand doctors discretion on better judgement but this was just mediocrity and biased work. The pharmacy never received the prescription. Called and there’s nothing they can do except send the physician and email (which I also did with no response) and have to wait 24 hours to maybe someone get back to me. Call customer service who recommended to uninstall and reinstall, which I did, tried a new appointment a d the same thing happened. However, as an insurance how are you going to promote telehealth -which supposedly is included as part of your plan- and this specific app, and then charge the whole out of pocket cost of the visit. Not only this, you have to tell the doctor exactly which medication you want as if you were the one that went to the school of medicine. ### 1/5 — Nunca recibí la receta y me cobraron la cita. *2022-06-13, version 12.10.003* Mi cita fue en la mañana 11:00 am un domingo mi primera vez usando la aplicación. No quería esperar hasta el lunes para resolver y me dieran algo para la conjuntivitis. Son la 9:00 pm de la noche y aún no recibo la receta. Llamé a la farmacia y tampoco han recibido nada. No hice ningún adelanto y para colmo me cargaron los $45 dólares a mi cuenta. No se si ellos entienden la urgencia o no de los pacientes. Llamé dos veces para hacer una reclamación y ahora me dicen que tengo que esperar de 24 a 48 horas en lo que pueden verificar qué pasó con la receta. Ahora mañana tendré que visitar al médico y pues no adelante nada usando la aplicación. No la recomiendo es una pérdida de tiempo. ### 1/5 — Much ado about nothing *2021-12-26* At first I was so surprised, an appointment on December 24th 7 pm with a pediatrician, it was easy, she was home with her baby, so was I, it seemed too good to be true, and it was. 2 days later my daughters prescription is nowhere to be found I’ve called customer support three times and the last time I was waiting for three hours and nobody picked up. Cuando regrese con mis labs me pedían que hiciera una segunda cita para recetar, o sea $45 mas por un catarro.
