This release reorganises how lead information is presented, rebuilds the Leads screen around saved views, speeds up the lead timeline, and adds priorities to tasks. FIELD CATEGORIES Long lead forms are now grouped into categories instead of one endless scroll. • The lead screen shows your categories as tabs across the top. Tap a tab to see just those fields. • Two categories are built in: Primary, for name, email, phone and other essentials, and Others, for anything not sorted yet. Your admin can add up to five more. • Search looks across every field no matter which category it sits in. The matching category opens itself and the matched text is highlighted. • Field pickers throughout the app — filters, chart grouping, column choices — are now grouped by category with a search box, so picking one field out of hundreds is much quicker. THE NEW LEADS SCREEN Leads are now organised around saved views. • Tap the view name at the top to switch views from a bottom sheet, or rename the current one right where it sits. • Charts open faster and now honour the filters carried in a shared link. LEAD TIMELINE • Activity loads noticeably faster, with a loading placeholder instead of a blank screen, and older activity now arrives in pages as you scroll. • Fixed older activity failing to load on some leads. • The activity filter is rebuilt as a searchable checklist covering ever action type, with Select all and a count of what is currently applied. Search by action name to find one quickly. • Pin any activity to keep it at the top of the lead. Pinning no longer triggers automations or notifications. TASKS • Tasks now carry a priority — Urgent, High, Medium or Low — on call reminders, meetings and to-dos. • Priority is visible on the lead timeline, for example "High priority Call Reminder is created for Priya". • Filter by priority from the task filters and from activity filters, so you can pull up only what is urgent. • Reassigning a lead now asks what should happen to the previous owner's pending tasks: keep them where they are, move the active ones to the new owner, or cancel them. Your choice is recorded on the lead timeline. This was previously only possible in bulk edit.
