App keeps losing registration data
The app keeps being unable to connect to server. For last 18 months have noticed that registration info keeps disappearing hence having to re-input. But save button does not sow it is being saved ie the list is empty.
(Not sure if problem arose with your app update that introduced ‘eventMax’ which we have disabled). Is there a fix for this bug. Am on latest i0S.

Useless app
Download the new app. Cant find anything to change Basic mode to Advanced mode.

Had a 1 issue with the last version with the date showing wrong, with in two days of speaking to Teleeye a new version was released which solved this! To say am happy with the service is a understatement, I use this app as a engineer and it is really handy!

Beware ONLY WORKS WITH TELEVISION EYE EQUIPMENT
I was disappointed to discover this will not work with other manufacturers equipment. The product listing does mention a lot of this manufacturers equipment but did not make it clear to me that these were the only items that they supported. Partly my fault I suppose. Should have read more carefully.
