Telehelp is a simple professional tool to get real help from a licensed therapist in the palm of your hand. The Telehelp application connects you to a network of thousands of licensed professionals with specific training to address your issues directly in a compassionate and caring way without having to attend a physical office. The licensed professionals working with Telehelp can work with all individuals and diagnoses. From substance abuse disorders and anxiety to depression and trauma Telehelp is here to deliver individualized professional help when you need it most! Individualized Care The problems you face are unique and specific to you, and your mental health care should be too! Telehelp uses an advanced matching algorithm that takes questionnaire answers provided by you to match you with a therapist licensed and trained in the specific issues you are experiencing. This matching algorithm takes into account your demographic information, background, and ultimately the issues you are facing to truly understand what you are experiencing. We know we cannot be right 100% of the time, and so if at any point you do not feel like your therapist is the right fit for you, you can change your therapist to someone who better meets your needs. Professional Therapists All therapists on the Telehelp platform have been vetted and their licensure verified to ensure they are properly credentialed to provide therapeutic services. This means that all of our therapists have at least a master's degree and have met the conditions of licensure within the state they provide services. Additionally, Telehelp builds profiles on all of our therapists to highlight their specific trainings and certifications. These professional profiles allow the Telehelp matching algorithm to better match people with specialized therapists to best meet their needs. Payment and Insurance Telehelp is proud to be one of the first telehealth providers to be able to accept private insurance within the application. What that means for you is that you are able to utilize your health insurance benefits directly within the app and not need to submit claims or reimbursements yourself. All individual health plans are different and so co-pays and deductibles will vary by the plan, but in the event that you chose to not utilize insurance, or do not have a plan, we also offer a simple cash pay rate in which you are only billed for the services you use.
