My Montenegro language skills aren’t good enough for Paying bills or browsing an app. I did get a bit confused when adding card details as that section was not all in English. After paying, I was asked to complete identity/KYC verification and provide personal information before the eSIM could be activated. As a tourist, I expected a simple eSIM purchase and activation process. Instead, I had to go through additional registration and identity verification, and the verification ultimately failed. I decided to cancel the purchase and use another eSIM provider instead. I understand that local regulations may require registration, but this should be made much clearer before taking the payment and starting the purchase process.
