Das Datum ist immer auf jetzt gesetzt, auch wenn die Hinfahrt übermorgen ist, auch veränderte sich die Hausnummer, die nicht mehr die von der Hinfahrt ist. Zudem war es so, dass mir drei Fahrten angeboten wurden, aber egal welche ich ausgewählt hatte, es wurde immer dieselbe von der App dann übernommen, eine, die ich nicht wollte. Da hatte ich keine Chance, die richtige zu buchen. ### 4/5 — Login sehr sportlich *2024-07-02, version 3.76.0* Bei der Erstanmeldung bekommt man einen 6stelligen Code. Man hat nur 15 sec auf SMS zu gehen, sich den Code zu merken oder zu kopieren und dann einzutragen. Das ist machbar aber sehr sportlich. Vlt sind auch 30 sec sicher genug :-) Ansonsten ein solide App ### 4/5 — Schlechter geht nicht!!! *2024-01-15, version 3.60.0* Wie oft soll man denn die Startzeit eingeben bis man endlich die nächste Abfahrzeit findet? ### 1/5 — Was ist das? *2023-05-10, version 3.45.1* Könntet ihr bitte die App von früher wieder aufleben lassen?! ### 2/5 — On demand? *2022-12-13, version 3.34.0* On demand lassen sich leider, wie angekündigt, keine Fahrten buchen. Man erfährt nicht die Operating Hours der Shuttles, muss ständig Start/Ziel neu eingeben, nur weil man die Zeit um ein paar Minuten ändert……da fahr I h doch lieber selber mit dem Auto ### 1/5 — Phone verification failed *2022-10-21, version 3.32.0* I do not know what is going on however registration/sign in is not possible at all on now! Each attempt on login screen finishes with „phone verification failed“. So, how to use service if not possible to bypass registration?! ### 1/5 — This App does not serve its purpose we *2022-06-20, version 3.22.0* This app makes me quit the shuttle service completely. It has stripped down functionality so much, that the basic function to plan a trip results in at least 10 searches (if you search for routes less common, aka not in Bonn). If you’re lucky, you might get a result for the search. The “on demand” is not actually on demand. You get whatever the system generates based on number of bookings and routes. ### 1/5 — Früher war besser *2022-06-08, version 3.22.0* Es ist zwar schön, dass man eine Push bekommt, dass der Fahrer einen erwartet, aber die Fahrtensuche ist nicht komfortabel. Oft findet sich keine passende Fahrt und wenn man die Uhrzeit regulieren will, muss man stets die Orte der Abfahrt und Ankunft wieder neu eingeben. Das ist sehr lästig und nervt. Die App „merkt“ sich leider nicht präferierte Haltestellen und meckert erstmal, wenn man sich außerhalb des Shuttlebereiches befindet. Aber ich möchte gerne auch von zuhause aus das Shuttle buchen, egal, ob ich mich in der Nähe einer Haltestelle befinde. Der Service ist super. Die App ist es leider nicht. ### 4/5 — Schlechtes Handling *2022-06-02, version 3.22.0* Ohne Fahrplan, wie früher, fischt man im Trüben, um eine Fahrt zu finden. Bei Verspätung von Zug oder Flieger gibt es keine Möglichkeit, den Fahrer zu informieren. Man kann nur die gesamte Fahrt stornieren und hoffen, dass man auf später ein Shuttle buchen kann. Die Bekanntgabe von „Leerzeiten“, Pausen oder Dienstschluss wäre ebenfalls hilfreich. Das Buchen ist ziemlich kryptisch. Man bekommt nur selten zur der Zeit, wo man fahren möchte, ein Shuttle angeboten. Entweder findet das System nichts oder für eine halbe Stunde später.
