Telelinks remote patient monitoring app allows users to monitor and manage health vitals at their convivence through Telelinks monitoring app.  Telelinks app will be able to capture and monitor the vitals using Blood Pressure monitors, Weighing scales, Pulse oximeters, forehead Thermometers, Glucometers. The devices are blue tooth enabled and will capture the data to securely transfer to HIPAA compliance cloud.

This app will help patients or caregivers to take the vitals and connect patients with medical providers or physicians for timely intervention and attention to any abnormal trends in patient vitals.

The key features and information for patients and physicians: -
