The application is incredibly slow and lacks key features that are essential for online shopping. Once you have placed your order, there is not enough information or options available to track or manage it. Instead, the application redirects you to their website for everything from order processing to tracking and delivery. What's even more frustrating is that there is no option to submit a complaint or request regarding your order in the application itself. To submit a ticket for a complaint, the application navigates you to their website, which is inconvenient and time-consuming. Furthermore, many items on their website are overpriced compared to local markets or their flagship stores. I also faced stock issues with my order, and it was incredibly difficult to communicate with Telemart's customer service team. Their UAN helpline number seems disconnected, making it even harder to get in touch with them. Overall, I had a terrible experience using Telemart's iOS application, and I would not recommend it to anyone. It is slow, lacks essential features, and their customer service is virtually non-existent.
