Please add a viewer app for Meta Quest VR headsets. Also, the app only lets you scroll through the most recent uploads. You can do it through your server. 2) no progress bar on process page gsv, but you have time limit on web section. I mean you can make progress bar. 3) preview service is so slow. It is faster to share image via message and open on browser. Why?! 4) no satellite layer on gsv page, I need it. However, upon logging in, I found that my asset was missing and unrecoverable. Additionally, realistically no normal person will be using this app, if they downloaded this is because they need to download it but why would I pay for something that I don’t know if when downloading it’ll work. I get the subscription model for processing and hosting, but it needs to actually work to be useful. I created an account and subscribed using the same email as my Apple account, but when I’m logged in all my content is still locked and I’m still prompted to subscribe. When I click subscribe it says I already am. If I log out, it acknowledges my subscription but doesn’t show any of my content. There’s no way for me to access the images I’ve taken. They’re just lost to me. **Developer response:** Thanks for taking the time to explain this - and you’re right to be frustrated. What you’re describing is not expected behavior, and your content is not lost. This sounds like a subscription–account sync issue (Apple ID ↔ app account), where the App Store receipt is valid but isn’t being correctly associated with your logged-in account. When that happens, the app can incorrectly show content as locked even though you’re subscribed. Here’s the important part: your images are still on our servers and fully recoverable. Please email us at operations@hdreye.app with: - The email you used in the app - The Apple ID email used for the subscription - Approximate date/time you captured the images We’ll manually fix the entitlement and restore access right away. If there was a duplicate or failed charge, we’ll also make that right. As most alternative apps ceased to work, Teleport did the job for me. Gladly, I didn't experience stitching hiccups as other users did. Talking about costs: the monthly fee is quite high. Nonetheless the developer renders the images on a remote server relatively quickly. This is presumably quite costly. I guess I won't pay the subscription forever, but as an on/off option it works for me. ### 5/5 — The Best App for Real Estate, Construction or vacations! *2025-04-14* This app is amazing! I’m using this app to create 3D panoramic images of each room in our custom home build to document what’s behind each wall before the Sheetrock is installed. It’s so easy to use and produces beautiful 3D Spherical photos with only my iPhone! Everyone is asking about this app when I show them the images. Furthermore, the support team is very responsive and dedicated to insure that users are successful with the app. It’s super easy to use and very intuitive. After Google Street View stopped supporting and removed their app, I searched for an alternative for 360° photo options. I bought an Insta360 camera and it is kind of cumbersome to use for what I wanted it for. I saw this app and bought the pro version and so far I am thrilled. Photos are stitched perfectly. Questions to the developers are answered promptly with clear and concise answers. I’m excited to use it vacations this year and next.
