## What is Teleprompt App?

Teleprompt is a simple, private teleprompter for filming talking-head videos on iPhone.

No login or account is required. Your scripts and settings stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded.

Write or edit your scripts, choose one from your saved list, and read on camera. Adjust the reading pace, font size, and other reading settings to suit your delivery. Play and pause as needed, or turn on voice detect to let the script scroll as you speak.

Record on your iPhone with camera adjustments available while recording, including exposure, white balance, ISO, shutter, frame rate, and quality. A gain control and on-device microphone level meter help you check your audio input.

You can also hide the script for a clear camera view and show it again when you are ready to continue reading.

Privacy is built into how Teleprompt works. Scripts and settings are stored locally. Camera and microphone access is used only on your device for recording, preview, voice detect, and microphone level monitoring. Nothing is uploaded.

If you delete the app, locally stored scripts and settings are removed unless you have exported them elsewhere.
