We appreciate your feedback and thank you for taking the time to share it. ### 2/5 — Settings challenges *2025-12-02* I keep getting notifications that I haven’t given permission to the program for gallery but don’t see where I can give the permission. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. On iOS, permissions like access to the gallery are managed in the device’s system settings, not inside the app. This is the standard behavior for all apps on iPhone and iPad. To enable Photos access for Autokue: 1. Open the Settings app on your device. 2. Scroll down and tap Autokue. 3. Select Photos. 4. Choose Allow Access to All Photos (or select specific photos). Once this is enabled, you’ll stop receiving notifications and Autokue will be able to save your videos directly to your gallery. Pointless. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback — but this situation usually means there’s been a misunderstanding. Autokue does not charge twice for the same features. If you purchased the PRO version, all the features included in that purchase should already be unlocked. Sometimes the App Store account used for the purchase is different from the one currently active on the device, or the purchase simply needs to be restored.
