Dear Teleprompter Support Team,

I am writing regarding a subscription charge of ₹4,999 for the Teleprompter app.

I began the trial on 5 March, and the app indicated that the 2-day trial period would end on 8 March, after which the subscription amount would be charged if I chose to continue.

However, the amount of ₹4,999 was debited from my account before the expected trial end date, even though I had not intended to proceed with the paid subscription.

Since the charge occurred before the trial period was supposed to end, I kindly request that you cancel the subscription and process a full refund of ₹4,999 to my original payment method.

Please let me know if you require any transaction details or account information from my side to process this request.

I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

J’aimerais savoir s’il y a possibilité d’améliorer le son lorsque j’utilise mon teleprompteur. J’ai fait un teste avec et sans teleprompteur et c’est vraiment lorsque j’utilise mon teleprompteur que le son est vraiment mauvais. Les gens m’ont informé que c’était désagréable le son de mes vidéos. Ça griche beaucoup.
