Absolutely shocking. Please do some user research to find out what the residents of Telford need an app for and create something useful. ### 1/5 — Basic *2022-02-13* Doesn’t give option to register your tlc card so you must still have to carry your tlc card when using leisure services which is silly as this is a digital app. Very basic app. ### 1/5 — Genuinely awful *2021-12-31* Struggle to log in and most of the businesses we’ve tried to use don’t accept/recognise the app as they want you to have the card instead which we can’t seem to get as we’re pushed to use the app! ### 4/5 — Great app to find local businesses *2021-12-07* I have discovered lots of new businesses in Telford that I didn’t realise were here until using this app. I will now consider shopping locally more using this handy tool. ### 1/5 — Error *2021-11-10* I have also tried to log in and keep getting error as saying password not recognised and error when try to re-set. When you try and reset your password it also gives an error message. A very poorly developed app in terms of user experience and clearly testing has been very limited. No wonder reviews are poor.
