My daughter with her new little family moved out from my home to start a new adventure; due to her underlying medical condition I will not see the family for weeks and through social distancing won’t see my other granddaughter for sometime. How lovely to be able to send them recordings of me narrating stories via this app. It’s simple to set up and record and is intuitive. The illustrations and narrative mean I can almost be there reading them a story. In fact, we have tons of free content in the app (available without subscription), and literally everything is available for free for an entire month with a free trial! That's hard to beat. I dislike that it’s a subscription as over a long period of time this really adds up. It would be much better to be able to buy individual stories and have those to keep. It’s easy to use and has lots of stories, which I used to love a child. Sometimes it’s a fairy tale she finds in the app, sometimes it’s a book she likes (and she adds pictures with her camera ), or sometimes she makes up her own stories, my favourite! Last week she made a story with lots of old family pictures from when she was young.
