## What is Tell Bob?

Bob is a chat-based assistant for managing construction sites and punch lists.

Instead of forms and spreadsheets, you just talk to Bob the way you'd text a foreman. Snap a photo of a defect on site, describe it in a sentence or a voice note, and Bob logs it to the right list — with the photo attached and a status you can track.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Log defects fast — send a photo plus a short note, and it becomes a tracked item ("paint on the wall", "wall is broken, need fix") on the right list.
• Organize by site — keep a separate folder per project (Site 1, Site 2…), each with its own Defects, Locations and Contractors lists.
• Track status — every defect is Open or Closed; flip it with one tap and filter to see only what's still open.
• Attach site photos — each item keeps the photos you sent, viewable in the app.
• Export reports — generate a clean PDF of a list to share with contractors or clients.
• Work in your language — full Hebrew, English and French; switch anytime.
• Voice notes — dictate instead of typing; Bob transcribes and files it.

Your data is yours: you can export it as a PDF at any time and delete your account and all its data directly from the app.
