Often doesn’t update your status on the mountain so you will stay in the same spot for hours on the trail map. This is even when it will show your current spot correctly on the map and the tracking is still recording your runs. Hasn’t really helped to find members of our party. The app is a little clunky and the information about lift and slope status is not interactive with the map, which is a bummer. I wish the map of mountain village and the slopes showed your current location, but they are only static maps. There is a button for lift reloading, but it redirects to the website and forces another login. Should be built in for optimal use. So all in all, we found it useful as we got oriented to the area and the lift/slope times and it gave me some piece of mind safety-wise.
