Transfers are easy and they always go above and beyond in assisting me in my questions. I’ve seen great things for those managing rental payments and while a risk over traditional savings- their accounts have never done me wrong. If you do the full reserve, you are earning 50 cents daily and have a higher amount with lower interest in the other account options. I would highly recommend with your due diligence of the market and not putting all eggs in one basket. And love the high interest rates daily. It doesn’t have all the banking red tape attached . But it follows the laws of the banking system. I’d got closer to 100k saved and the interest rates were poorly. Then Switched to this company and my money is making me money. How banking really should be. Just hope they come up with a Tellus debit card soon. It just makes more sense. That said, I recommend staying away—your money is at risk. I had maxed out the Boost account at $2,500, which was supposedly earning 8% interest (yes, it sounded too good to be true). I also had about $400 in a regular account earning around 5%. Everything seemed fine for the first few months—they were depositing interest daily, about 56¢ per day. Eventually, I stopped checking my account balances daily and just relied on their “interest accrued” counter. That changed when I noticed the interest counter was increasing, but the actual balance of my account remained stagnant. I calculated my deposits and realized the account was short about $2 from my original principal. According to them, I had accrued around $48 in interest, but in reality, my balance was actually $2 less than what I had originally deposited. There was no record of any transfers out that would account for the missing $48. I immediately initiated a transfer to withdraw my funds.
