Pass. Hard pass. So for years I’ve been mixing and matching different apps to meet my clients’ needs. So I’m hosting video on Zoom, Google meet, or FaceTime. Getting paid through Venmo, Cashapp, PayPal, Zelle, and booking on google calendar, or ical, people constantly missed appointments. I tried some free apps for that and they weren’t professional enough, so I ended up subscribing to a service. It’s a lot to manage and keep track of. Especially for one guy. It handles my booking, video call, chat and file share (when I need to send or request documents) right in the chat.
