No se cuenta en esta app con la opción de meter reclamos directamente a Telmex , se hace en base a reporte telefónico después te mandan mensaje y no respetan las citas programadas y se presentan antes del tiempo en el que solicito la cita del técnico, si se hace una cita es por el cliente cuenta con ese tiempo y no presentarse cuando les da la gana y telemático tampoco está pendiente del mantenimiento de las líneas , hace muchos años que por mi casa se ríen problemas con la recepción de internet y hace casi 2 mes que no tengo lunes , pero me cobran por un servicio que no he recibido y no puedo meter un reclamo del mismo para la devolución del dinero y es hora que sigo sin línea y sin internet .

Many times saying that I'm not connected to internet and it doesn't open, after connecting to a WiFi it's the only way that it works, inside the application sometimes it's showing error while trying to click to any option .

Increíble qué no funciona con  celular de Estados Unidos, habemos muchos clientes de TelMex que tenemos ese tipo de celulares

Seguido se atora y no se puede cerrar sesión. Si se desea cerrar completamente no lo permite, se queda la contraseña a la vista. 
Lo demás no funciona mal, se pueden realizar pagos y revisar algunas cosas.
