FULLY OFFLINE MODE
- All inboxes and conversations work without internet connection.
- Sync all data after login through a loading/sync page for offline use:
  - Inboxes
  - Facebook posts & comments
  - Channel conversations
  - Agents
  - Groups
  - DMs
  - Quick Replies
- Same user logs out and signs in again on the same device without repeating the sync process.
- Another user logging in on the same device deletes the previous user's synced data and syncs the new user's data.
- Queue offline sent messages and send them automatically when back online.
- Keep the offline user logged in for 7 days.
- Mark new messages as read even while offline.

CONVERSATIONS
- Long press a conversation to view it without marking the latest messages as read.
- Voice playback continues when leaving the conversation and stays available at the top of the chat list.

MOBILE NOTIFICATIONS
- Group notifications by conversation.
- View voice, video, and image content directly from notifications.
- Reply directly from notifications without opening the app.
- Show the sender's avatar.
