Slow, clunky, many of the features simply don’t work. You’d think they could spend a little more on app development after all the fees they gouge us with. ### 1/5 — Takes a lot of time to loading *2024-11-16, version 3.4.0* The app sometime not responding, sometime it takes a lot of time to loading. It’s pretty frustrating whenever you want to see any updates or details. It’s in loading mode for 10 to 15 minutes. First it crashes and has to restart, secondly it freezes at the loading screen and doesn’t do anything, then thirdly it signs you out, asks for your full details and reinitialise the same security (face ID) that it just denied you access to. Easy to check balance and view my “inbox” with TelstraSuper. Every time you log a call on performance they attempt to gaslight you and say their end is fine, it’s user error. However I had much better experience with the app performance & user interface before updates were made over the last couple of months! The apps I understood were meant to improve the security, UX but my experience has been lackluster if not disappointing! Its now super slow, buggy & frequently crashed! Also it asked me to create a new user name( other than email & members ID ) but I don’t get the logic at all in terms of better security (seems no change! still 2FA/ multiple FA & biometric stuff!).
