What kind of phone app requires you to first download a desktop app??? It says I need to scan a QR code from the desktop app but there’s no QR code to scan. 

I’m able to use to website.

This app is junk.  It just stopped working one day and lost my profile and all my related appointment information.

I have been trying for hours to get to the clinic site to make an appointment. Yesterday I went in to the clinic to get help. It still doesn’t work the receptionist was not able to help me. I have followed the steps I just don’t get the QR code to scan. Where is the QR Code that I should scan? Same day appointments are only made online, otherwise the clinic is book up. Is there a flaw with the setup as I am not the only one that can not access the clinic site? Waiting for a response.  Help!!   Thank you

Unable to link to my emr. The bottom of the screen does not show so the QR code can’t be captured

Opening screen doesn't allow me to scroll down, thus I cannot scan the QR code to link to my CHR account. Perhaps there's a glitch that needs to be fixed? But currently 100% useless.

Since the last update my schedules aren’t loading at all. Basically useless at the moment.

Even in the past it took forever to load schedule, but now it takes long and at the end it doesn’t show anything.

Also the frequent need to reconnect via scan is disruptive at times and interrupts the flow at the most inconvenient times.

Only helpful to search for clients and make phone calls. That’s about it.

I had chosen 5 star for the app as it worked as advertised very well. Since the last update where they added the ability to open documents, I cannot see my day sheet which is the main function for which I use the app. I haven't been able to test the things that were updated as I havrnt had a situation where that was needed. I deleted and reinstalled the app after restarting my device it still hasn't fixed the problem.
