Reception. I could only use my home channel ctv. All others were without sound and looked they were on fast forward. I forgot his name, but please be so considerate to look it up. My pin 3366, Janine Winter. Too bad it took more than an hour to connect in the first place. Today, the app no longer works and instead serves only to “invite” me to download the new app Telus SmartHome+, or “get more info” which opens a webpage that says “Whoops we’re experiencing technical issues” and doesn’t further explain this change. The device page in the new app does NOT show all my connected devices like this app did. I don’t like being coerced and forced to download a new app under the pretenses of “invitation”. ### 5/5 — Last Telus Tech *2026-08-20, version 5.35* Top Drawer!!! ### 5/5 — Word well for what I need it for *2026-08-15, version 5.35* I use it to shut down wifi for my kids devices and mine when screen time locks are not enough. Plus it’s a great answer when the family relies on you to be the answer to “why is the internet not working” and I can tell them it’s the person in front of the device that is the issue. There are some things like multiple of the same device showing up in the list of recent devices but generally I’m able to determine what is what quickly and I was able to add a wifi extender very easily. Device in this profile has not been seen in the last 30 days”. The kids get LIVID when I can’t unpause their iPads… but then again maybe it’s actually a feature to ESCALATE the consequences of kids ignoring my pause-iPad warnings in the first place! Lol. No seriously, I think you have a glitch that lets the cached Device List get polluted with bad values. Maybe escalate the priority of rebuilding the list on app startup.
