When I try to load this app using the Apple app on my iPad or my iPhone, all I get is a blank screen.

For the last two months, I have not been able to log into my account on my iPhone. I sent an email and just received a automated response. I was never contacted with a direct response to my problem!!
There are projects that I would like to apply for, but I am unable to do so because of the problem with the mobile app!!!

PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I downloaded the app because I already work through the the desktop and thought this would be convenient. The app has yet to actually load for me to benefit from it.

Hello! I’m having the same I can’t log in to the mobile app at all and when I try online using my lap top, there is a banner across the password part so I can’t log in there either! 
What is going on!?! 
Help please!
