Our Siamese cat has recently been having some digestive and weight issues. Thank you for the positive review. ### 5/5 — Save me from a Sunday Emerg visit *2023-02-12* My 2 yr old golden retriever ate something she definitely shouldn’t have! I was able to get an appt for 1.5 hours time. Dr Janet MacLean was absolutely lovely. She talked me through everything, toxicity levels and what symptoms to look out for etc. I came out of the appt with enough knowledge to monitor my pup and know if/when to take her to the emergency vet. Being a Sunday my only other alternative would have been a $220 initial visit consult with the emerg vet (which I really don’t think I’ll need at this a point) so that you for this service! **Developer response:** We're so glad you had a good experience with your appointment! Offered with phone plan yet no setup and no one even explaining what it is or how to initiate. Found the app, had verification pin and email verified yet account number- which Telus verified was correct would not work. Was told to delete app and clear cache and redownload. Still nothing. Giant waste of time. ### 1/5 — More problems than your body currently has *2022-12-29* This app has so many issues and too much security added for it to even function. Opening your app to make an app? Sure! Just after they put you through constant issues with log in. The local vet can do a 20 times better exam and diagnosis for a lower price. Changing to a smaller font size on your phone will fix the issue. In your iPhone Settings, select Display and Brightness, and then select Text Size, and choose a smaller font size.
