Every staff member we’ve spoken to including pharmacists have been very efficient and friendly. We love this app. ### 2/5 — No more scanned prescriptions *2025-02-14* It used to be great that you could scan your prescription. Sadly, when I got my most recent prescription and scanned it, the app now says they don’t take scanned prescriptions anymore and you have to mail it, which I do not want to do. And worst of all, they did this without any notice to their customers so that they could tell their doctors to fax prescription rather than scanning a paper prescription. I have literally been waiting 2 weeks to start a new prescription because the folks here are unable to follow instructions. I made a simple request and have been waiting on the request to be processed, patiently…today I attempted to submit the request again and I get a call that I have to call them and provide a CC # over the phone, which I al not comfortable doing. Why can I not pay securely online like I have in the past?
