The app just shows a blank login screen with no text. Uninstall/reinstall does not help.

I have 4 cameras, 2 outside, 2 inside. The inside ones take forever to load, then pause after a few seconds. Viewing on a desktop is find. The app is terrible

Alarm will not disarm easily with app at times.  Seems to not wake up the system. Door needs to open then alarm disarms.  Not very good for visitors or clients.

Seeing as this is an alarm app, Really need to be able to actually talk to help desk. Since Telus has taken over ,....I don’t know???.....

**Developer response:** Hello snapperhead1. Thank you for your feedback. With the latest version, the Help Desk link will bring you to our "How to Use" guide but we have taken your feedback and are looking for ways to improve this experirence.

Couldn’t live without this system. Love the apps, camera quality, and professional support.

App works really well. Accessing live camera feeds is pretty good. Only wish that alerts triggered by motion detection would be triggered quicker. Often I’ll get a motion based alert on my phone, open up a live feed and the person/vehicle that triggered the alert is long gone.

There may a slight delay between when the alert is triggered and when you receive it, which might depend on connectivity (LTE vs Wi-Fi) and the alert type (Push vs Email vs SMS)  However, it should not be long.
