I ran it again and again and then it told me to run it with my phone beside the modem. This seemed to get the phone working again but in the meantime the support person tried calling me again then sent me a text saying they would not be calling back. This is really disappointing. They should have seen on their end that my phone was not operational and my digital box was not connecting to the internet. Never had wifi problems in the past with same everything. Was going to cost $175 for installation and $10 per month for the booster.
