I cant access my hospital ER test results from this past Sunday, and I have already spoken with two of my doctors; Dr White my pulmonologist, and my primary MD Dr Villenga this past week. 
Your ER checkout paperwork gave me a scan icon, along with ID numbers with the packet of information . 
Let me know what to do?
