The temp cube fails to connect to the app to report temp. Many, many attempts have all failed.

Spent 3 hours and no connection. No ability to delete old unused units. No ability to clear app and start over.

After multiple emails, a phone call or two, my TempCube unit seems to be reporting data once again!. But it is using the name of a unit I 1st used a year or so ago. So, it is something of a mystery how it is working again!

App hasn’t updated in over 7 months and will not open on my iPhone 16 pro max. When I try to open the app it immediately closes. I’ve deleted and reinstalled, rebooted, etc.

I want to thank the support team for their help with getting the cube hooked up to the internet. The problem was I couldn’t get to where I could change the password on the internet and once I got that done it worked. It was on my end that the problem was not on your end. My unit Would not stay connected to wifi or Bluetooth and no way to refresh signal. The tempcube team spent weeks helping resolve issues and sent new device. Simon from support team called me every week to make sure everything was good. This company stands by their product and I would recommend. Temp cube is working well now.
