And works flawlessly. My only concern is with all this monitoring after a year or so nimble will lose money. Who is paying for the cloud storage/compute/alerting/etc? I am totally fine paying a few dollars per year to help support the cloud usage as long as the product stays strong! ### 5/5 — Have Confidence!!! *2021-11-14, version 5.0.3* Not everything works perfectly all the time even when it’s new. I emailed technical after I couldn’t get the unit to connect to Wi-Fi. I got a personal call back in 5 minutes and after they tried a few things that didn’t help through had to kick it up to a technical advisor and said they’d call me back tomorrow… on a Sunday. So I’m thinking sure you will, and guess what, they did! They had told me they fixed the unit with an upgrade and when I arrived home, I tried to connect it and it’s working perfectly! This as very important to me so I could monitor my van outside in the Midwest winters. I would buy anything from TempCube after this great experience! Sometimes you find out more about a company when something goes wrong then could have if everything was perfect. ### 5/5 — Connectivity *2021-09-07, version 5.0.1* My unit Would not stay connected to wifi or Bluetooth and no way to refresh signal. The tempcube team spent weeks helping resolve issues and sent new device. Simon from support team called me every week to make sure everything was good. Have a wonderful day! ### 5/5 — Temp cube sensor in portable greenhouse *2021-07-12, version 5.0.1* Great sensor , awesome range as advertised , wish you would have an option to calibrate by add or subtract a couple degrees from readings if need to , have lke 8 diff sensors , all diff lcations , this one seems read a couple degrees hotter than the rest , no big deal i know and adjust mentally . Good app . ### 5/5 — Thrilled with TempCube *2021-05-11, version 5* I love this app! I have an Airstream Interstate 19 Motorhome and this is left in my rig to monitor the temperature! I use it to make sure when I am not using the rig to notify me if it is getting too hot inside so I can operate my Fantastic Fan to cool down the rig. It is terrific while we are camping to insure the temperature is not climbing while we are sitting at camp and the dogs are inside to remind us if it gets above 72 degrees. We do not leave our pets unattended but temperatures can climb without you knowing it quickly and it’s a terrific safety net! This app and device are super reliable and the battery life is excellent. You can leave it plugged into a USB port or work independently off of the battery. Recently we had an issue with our refrigerator and freezer and I used it to verify the temperature, it worked well and we resolved the issue quickly. When I try to open the app it immediately closes. I’ve deleted and reinstalled, rebooted, etc. ### 1/5 — Do Not Trust Life of Your Pet to This Device *2022-06-25, version 6.0.7* I bought a TempCube last year for RV use. After hours of frustration and failure, even with help of TempCube support (which were very good), I could not get it to work reliably. The app wouldn’t connect to my device and I was left with just a blank screen and the TC logo. The worst was it would not transmit alerts unless I opened the app and touched the screen for an update. It is would then tell me an hour after the alert they the temp was outside the range. Fortunately, I didn’t trust the device and didn’t have it monitoring my pet. I took the device out of the drawer the other day determined to try and get it running. After many hours of frustration (again with the help of tech support) I could not get it to reliably connect, stay connected or alert me when the temp range was exceeded. Trusting your pet to this device could be signing their death warrant. Do not do it! I won’t lose my pet over this device, but I did lose $180 buying it! Disappointing support ### 1/5 — TempCube *2021-04-03, version 5* This is my second unit. I am having a hard time with the device retaining the charge. I charged it for 8 hours straight and yet out of the charger it lost the charge in 2 hours. But getting support not easy *2025-01-02, version 6.0.25* After multiple emails, a phone call or two, my TempCube unit seems to be reporting data once again!. But it is using the name of a unit I 1st used a year or so ago. I bought a tempCube Lite in the fall. It worked great! I could check the temperature whenever I wanted. If my heating system ever failed, I’d know immediately through text and email. I tested this, and it works. I just got a tempCube Pro to put in my refrigerator. Now, I am prepared in case it fails. Yeah, the joys of living in an old home. Both devices were super-easy to setup. I think the best part, though, is the immediate notification through text and emails. Initially, I bought a Govee, but with that device you only get push notifications through their app. Buy the tempCube, it’s worth it. ### 5/5 — TempCube Pro *2023-04-30, version 6.0.18* I just added a second tempCube Pro. It was easy to register and add. You just have to click on your user profile and walk through the steps. Once registered, I just click on the “home” icon to toggle between my 2 tempCube devices. I used TempCube this winter while away from home for 2 months to monitor its temperature and Wi-Fi connectivity. Thank goodness as we had a hot water pipe fail at the soldered join.
