It just keeps redirecting to browsers. This shouldn’t even be an app. You should just use your web browser. This should be removed from both the Google apps and the Apple App Store. ### 1/5 — Garbage app *2024-01-08* This app would be great if it worked. Whenever you submit a request, there is no way to comment on it. It took so long to submit, that the system errored out and I had to begin again. Again, if this app isn’t user friendly, you can’t expect residents to use it. I finally submitted under residential code compliance. Received an email response that didn’t make much sense so I called again. Had to delete app, and reinstall because it said I had no connection.
