I've been meaning to start intermittent fasting for ages and finally caved and bought the fasting mints from Temper, this app came with it and all the coaching advice has been absolutely invaluable!

The only program that really helped me changed the habits in my daily routine. I love being able to interact with my coach daily, and that my coach and give me live feedback on what I am doing daily. The content is wonderful and has been a great source of inspiration! Thank you Temper!
