I have already used a few of these one pagers in client presentation decks and it has already paid for it’s self. The integration into office products works great. A five rating would be given we cold get on-going updates. ### 4/5 — Same opinion as for iWork equivalent *2017-07-19* I am always put back at the top of the list of items when I right-click and “add to favorites” which is extremely annoying since I have to find my place again everytime. Other than that, it’s a fantastic app and you get frequent updates and new additions. I definitely recommend it despite the bug. Could pay twice! Restore Past Purchases??? *2016-01-15* I use a MacBook Pro laptop and iMac in my daily workflow. Have noticed if I make a purchase in-app on one machine, it will not be reflected on the other. Is this a bug? If not, JumSoft should disclose in the product description. Caught myself almost purchasing the same template twice. (Strike One) I will email JumSoft and see what they say, and will update my post. ***The JumSoft Support URL link on their Toolbox page for this product page in the AppStore is dead*** (Strike Two) Finally got to the JumSoft Support site. The second question in their FAQ was: Question: I updated Toolbox for MS Office and now it wants me to buy all my previous purchases again. What should I do? Answer: You can restore your previous purchases by selecting Store > Restore Purchases. (Strike Three) I tried to restore from the Apple AppStore; however, that was a dead end. Then I tried to start up the Toolbox for MS Office app again and see if there is something there to “Restore Purchases”. Sure enough, you can restore your previous purchases by selecting Store from the menu bar > Restore Purchases. JumSoft needs to make this clear on their Support Web site. Other than the issue described above, the quality of the tempates are tops! ### 4/5 — Great templates but... *2015-08-21* PLEASE make the powerpoint slides 16:9 not 4:3! Who in this day and age actaully uses 4:3 slides! Obrigado! ### 1/5 — completely confusing, badly organised *2019-08-21* it is impossible to find the items one has already bought. Instead, options for further purchases keep appearing everywhere. I dont know at this stage where to find and how to access the very expensiver templates I bought so far. **Developer response:** There is a "Purchased" section below in the main screen, so you should be able to locate all your purchased items there. I liked the infographic for PPT but the rest does not add value. I’d like to stick to my original purchase and get a refund here. Could you please let me know who to contact for this? Thank you! ### 1/5 — Everything is for sale… nothing is free *2018-07-27* You can download the app for free, but there are no free templates, especially for very basic thing like “flowchart”. **Developer response:** Every item category offers at least one item for free to try - they are usually the very first items of their respective categories. You can also find the free items included in the Purchased section for your convenience. We have also made some flowcharts free, and you will find them in the Infographics > Diagrams section. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2016-12-22* Doesn’t work! See below. The font is cut off at the top of the text box and there seems to be NO WAY to fix it. I can’t even put in a line break above the text to get it to work. I guess that’s the difference between Pages (which Jumsoft seems to have expertise in Apple software) and Office (which just doesn’t like working for anyone). I see this is a pretty new product and the issues may not be the Jumsoft software but I think I’d have given up this market if I coudln’t make the product work as well as in Pages. Just my two cents. Live and learn - I’m out $40. No wait…I’m not…I think I can get a refund from Apple! **Developer response:** These issues should have been resolved a long time ago. Thank you. ### 1/5 — its a store *2016-10-16* The name is misleading. its not a tooblox - its a store to purchase templates at a rediculously high price. When I tried to close the program it would not close (even the drop down menu’s “quit program” was not clickable). When I tried to restart the computer it could not because Toolbox would not shut down so the only option was a hard shutdown. **Developer response:** These issues should have been resolved a long time ago. Thank you. ### 2/5 — Flat icons section *2023-03-09* There is a Black couple, a white couple and a mixed couple with WW and a BM, but no mixed couple BW and WM, why is my family not represented? Also, there are no Black professionals depicted along with no white prisoners. Peace! ### 2/5 — Looks nice but honesty - no widescreen! *2018-08-05* I would simply not bother to buy this if you are serious as they bafflingly do not have widescreen PowerPoint templates. I mean, sure the stuff looks nice but in 2018, who uses 4 x 3. Simply baffling and not wirth your mney until they change their old fashioned ways **Developer response:** We have added 16x9 (widescreen) options to Layouts for PowerPoint. You can choose the default size when opening by clicking Edit > Default Theme Size in the menu bar. I’ve never experienced any issue with any of the templates. In addition, templates gets regularly updated and refreshed with content created in alignment with trending designs. A must-have if you are working on MS Word documents, MS PowerPoint Presentations, MS Excel Sheets. You’ll also find letter templates, icons and infographic templates within the bundle.
